Nobody was gaining steady traction on TikTok. After analysing the behaviour around the sound, a clear pattern stood out - couples content driven by the lyrics.
Through our challenge campaign, we encouraged creators to jump on the trends and produce content following the couples / lyric led trend.
By amplifying this trend, we accelerated engagement on the sound, driving millions of views and hundreds of posts, increasing UGC hugely and amplifying sound and artist awareness!
Amplifying Trends
The trend centred around the lyric, “I don’t wanna touch nobody ‘cause of you,” naturally sparked couples-led content across TikTok. Creators began using the line for romantic POVs, clingy-but-cute edits, soft launches, and playful “you’re my person” moments - and it quickly became clear this was the hook driving engagement.
Rather than shifting focus onto other potential trends, we fully embraced the romantic angle. We activated couples and relationship creators to build on the lyric-led format - encouraging eye-contact lip-syncs, subtle hand-holding reveals, slow spins into hugs, and caption-led storytelling that amplified the exclusivity and intimacy behind the line. The content felt simple, affectionate, and easy to recreate, which made it highly repeatable.
